NTA Postpones JEE Mains Exam 2022 due to Board Exam Dates

Earlier, in the revised program, the National Evaluation Organization (NTA) announced that JEE Main 2022 will be held on 21, 24, 25, 29 April and 1 May, 4 May 2022. Board tests are also scheduled to run at the same time. time – CBSE Class 12 Term 2 2022 exams will start on April 26, 2022.

Last year, JEE Mains were arrested four times. However, this year, the test will be held only twice. Therefore, performing JEE Mains in the middle of board tests may lead to poor performance in both tests. Some of the things that worry students the most are:
- For JEE Mains, there was always a gap of at least 86 days between the first and last session. However, this year it has been reduced to just 19 days.
- Board Examination centers and JEE Mains may be located in different cities, making it difficult for students to travel and return to continue with board exams.
- Half of the students were considering dropping out of school due to rapid changes, which could significantly affect their careers.

In view of these points, students are now asking the NTA and the Minister of Education to reinstate JEE Mains’ four attempts. In the event that four attempts are not an option, these two attempts should be made after the completion of all major board examinations. Alternatively, there should be a gap of at least 35 days between the two sessions, allowing students from all boards to look at their levels and percentage.
