Editorial | Channelizing youth power towards building new J&K
Union Home Minister Amit Shah has stated that the Kashmiri youth have the capability of not only leading the country but also the world. It is a true fact that , Kashmiris by nature are scholars. Their natural skills in the minute & skillful aspects of life such as art, literature and emotions are very subtle and refined.
Home Minister stated this during an interaction with Kashmiri youth and children in a programme organised by an NGO Sarhad at Pune on Saturday.
He also assured that no Kashmiri students would need to come out of Kashmir to study as the government was working to create such an atmosphere where the children from other states of the country would go there (Kashmir) for studies.
Govt need to engage youths at the levels which meets their meanderings minds and put in use. They need to create political, social, intellectual and cultural outlets for the young generation to express themselves in kashmir .
From last 3 years J&K administration is committed to channelize energy of youth in a positive direction by generating enhanced opportunities for them, whether it is sports, studies, self-employment, entrepreneurship etc. Their energies require proper channeling to put the nation on high .
